Situated by Princess Royal Harbour and Albany’s premier $70 million entertainment centre, the Due South Tavern presented an opportunity to develop a landmark project within an Albany tourism hotspot
Due to its seaside location, the design and build of the project was required to meet a set of stringent local council rules and regulations, and presented a public and reputational risk if mismanaged in its construction.
Realforce worked with the architect Micheal Roberts of Roberts / Gardner Architects to detail the construction aspect of the design and materials that best suited the surrounding waterfront environment and complimented the surrounding views and public walkways. A proactive and flexible approach to the construction and project management allowed the team to satisfy multiple client change requests.
