A world-class waterfront development will transform the undeveloped foreshore into a highly desired location which brings together the town centre and marina bay area.
The project is set to boost Albany’s tourism industry, creating a variety of cultural and leisure activities for visitors and the people of Albany and the surrounding region. Family friendly Restaurant/Tavern facility to be operating 7 days a week to cater for breakfast, lunch and dinner including take away coffee and food.
Capacity
For liquor licencing compliance the venues bathroom facilities have been designed to cater for a capacity of 150 patrons.
Design and function
The design will encompass modern kitchen and associated facilities, front counter wrapping into the bar counter, different seating areas with extensive views of the harbor, two separate entrances and easy access to a semi-weather protected alfresco and children’s play area.

Floor space of approximately 300m2 is available and is situated next to the restaurant/tavern for office and shop
